The 'unhappy' group

These adjectives indicate that someone is unhappy or pessimistic about a situation.
Dave was bitter about the fact that I wanted to leave.
Are you essentially pessimistic about the possibility of lasting love?
She was particularly unhappy about the sale of paintings worth millions of pounds.
The preposition about is sometimes followed by an '-ing' clause, especially in the case of desperate, heartbroken, miserable, pessimistic, sad, uncomfortable, uneasy, and unhappy.
