The indefinite pronoun something, nothing, or anything follows a verb such as find, have, or notice and is followed by an adjective and a prepositional phrase beginning with in. Only the adjective wrong is frequently used with this pattern.
If the vet finds something wrong with the horse, such as a weak heart or a respiratory problem, he will tell you.
If she has something wrong with her, I don't want to know about it.
The train's engineer reported seeing something wrong with the track and tried desperately to bring the train to a halt.
