The 'unseen' group

These adjectives indicate that someone does something, or something happens, without being seen, heard, or recognized. We also include here incognito, which indicates that someone does something while hiding their identity. All these adjectives except incommunicado and unheard have only Pattern 1.
Many doctors travel incognito as they feel assisting with inflight emergencies is a thankless and potentially dangerous task.
We will try to slip in unseen so no one will know that reinforcements have arrived.
