The 'curious' group

These adjectives indicate that someone is puzzled or interested by something.
We were naturally curious as to why our father's family had black, curly hair and a darker complexion.
I pause, intrigued as to how a Serbian church became part of such a quaint English village.
The preposition as to is sometimes followed by a noun group.
He brought us here on purpose. I confess I am baffled as to his reason.
