The 'responsible' group

These adjectives indicate that someone or something is responsible for something.
Everybody is accountable for the decisions they make.
The law is unequivocal about who is responsible for the running of our prisons.
In the case of liable and responsible, the preposition for is sometimes followed by an '-ing' clause.
In Hunter's Disease, the gene responsible for making a specific enzyme is either missing or damaged.
