The 'high' group

These adjectives indicate that someone is affected by a drug, so that their behaviour and perceptions are altered.
The islanders, afraid of these giants, got them drunk on palm wine and then killed them so they could not do any mischief.
He confessed to the killings, even though he said he was too high on drugs and alcohol to remember them.
