4 Collective proper nouns

Some collective nouns are proper nouns. These nouns are labelled N-PROPER in the Collins Cobuild English Dictionary, with the added information '[with sing or pl verb]'.
The Commons is to vote on the issue before the end of the parliamentary session in November.
The Commons are expected to approve in principal what has been one of the most contentious of the government's proposed laws.
The Olympic Games seems so far away, so when they see a gold medalist, it's a real incentive for them.
