Other productive uses

In addition to the productive uses of this pattern when mentioning place, time, number, languages, or clothes (see meaning groups 13, 14, 16, 17, 22, 31, 45, and 49), there are several other productive uses. For example, this pattern can be used when talking about an event or situation, for example in a fight, in an emergency, in his sleep; when mentioning the weather, for example in a snowstorm, in the rain; when mentioning the content of something such as a piece of writing, a speech, or a film, for example in her most recent book, in a talk he gave yesterday, in your latest post, in 'Casablanca'; when talking about an area of activity, for example in business; and when saying what versions of something are available, for example in three sizes, in blue or green.
