The 'help' group

These nouns refer to help.
For instance, I once went to a psychic for help with a difficult decision.
The preposition with is sometimes followed by an '-ing' clause.
But when they asked the state for assistance with hiring a nanny, they received no response.
Hand is always preceded by the determiner a.
