The 'aware' and 'unaware' group
These adjectives indicate that someone knows, or does not know, that something exists, is true, is happening, or is present.
I think he's fully aware of those dangers.
We stood very still and they seemed unaware of our presence.
The preposition of is sometimes followed by a wh-clause.
They could not have been totally ignorant of where the money was coming from.
In the case of aware, conscious, and unaware, the preposition of is sometimes followed by an '-ing' clause.
