Plural nouns

Plural nouns refer to more than one thing, or treat the things they refer to as consisting of more than one thing. They are used with a plural verb. If they are preceded by a determiner, it is a plural determiner such as some, these, or other, or a determiner such as the or my which can be used with either plural or singular forms.
