The 'fair' group

These adjectives indicate that something is good in some way. They are used with verbs such as think or find.
'I wanted to play in the second half,' he said, 'but the trainer thought it best that I should rest the knee.'
So I wrote to the government asking if they thought it fair that I was in this situation.
Davie was a moralist, and thought it proper that poets should be not only moralists, but also moral beings.
