A comparative adjective is sometimes used with a negative to emphasize a quality that someone or something has.
I can't think of anything more lonely than living your life without sharing with others.
Overlooking the broadest stretch of the River Shannon, Suzanne Ryan could hardly have a more scenic location for her 85-acre dairy farm.
When Jenny's daughter was taken into the local hospital eight days after being born, staff could not have been more supportive.
I can't imagine a tougher place to make baseball work than Seattle, Washington.
